How our agents work

AgentLease agents are automation workflows that work alongside your existing tools — Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets. They don't run on our servers.

When you subscribe, we configure and install the system into your own accounts using secure integrations. The workflows run in your environment, using your tools.

Permission-based access

You control what each agent can access. Permissions are granted through your email provider and automation platform — not through us.

• You grant only the permissions needed for each agent to work
• Permissions are managed in your Google/Microsoft account settings
• You can revoke access anytime with one click
• We never ask for admin or organisation-wide access

Our principles

What we do store

We keep minimal records needed to provide the service:

• Your account email and billing information
• Which agents you've subscribed to

We don't store your email content, calendar events, contacts, or any data processed by your agents.

AgentLease does not source or scrape contact data. Agents work only with lists and permissions you provide.

Disconnecting

You can stop using any agent at any time:

• Cancel your subscription in your account
• Remove the automation workflows from your account
• Revoke app permissions in your Google/Microsoft settings

Once disconnected, the agent stops running immediately. There's nothing to delete on our end because we don't store your data.
